Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst who can also lead project delivery — a hybrid role combining business analysis and project management responsibilities.
You will work directly with clients to understand business needs, design Salesforce-based solutions, and coordinate the internal delivery team to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Department: Salesforce Delivery Team
Reports to: Delivery Director / Solution Architect
1. Business Analysis & Solution Design
Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand “As-Is” processes and propose “To-Be” solutions.
Translate requirements into Salesforce functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM Analytics, etc.).
Prepare deliverables such as BRD, FSD, Process Flow Diagram, and User Stories.
Support data model design, process mapping, and testing activities.
2. Project Planning & Management
Develop and maintain project plans, time lines, and resource allocation.
Act as the main communication bridge between clients, developers, and architects.
Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively manage changes in scope or priorities.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings.
Ensure all deliverables are aligned with client expectations and company standards.
3. Quality Assurance & Delivery
Review configurations, test results, and user feedback to ensure alignment with requirements.
Manage UAT sessions, support user onboarding, and coordinate go-live activities.
Monitor post-deployment issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Functional Consultant in Salesforce or similar CRM projects.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud.
Hands-on experience with requirement documentation, process mapping, and UAT management.
Knowledge of agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban) and project tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
Excellent client communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, or Project Management-related) are a plus.
